Refund Rules of Creation Yao

Information for customers

Hello, we’re Creation Yao and welcome to our Refund Rules. These rules outline what you can expect from us as the owner the products you buy. They apply to us and our customers.

The products that we sell on the platform are digital goods and cannot be “returned”, so your entitlement to a refund is designed with this in mind. Of course, in addition to these rules, each country has its own laws surrounding refunds, and these local laws are not excluded if they apply to you.

Before you demand for a refund from Creation Yao

  • If you have purchased an product from our “Web Themes and Templates” or “Code” category on Creation Yao and you are experiencing a technical issue with the product we advice that you contact us at https://www.creationyao.com/contact/ and seek help. We are able help to troubleshoot and get your problem solved.

Demanding for refunds from us from our platform

  • We understand, however, that in some cases we may not be able to solve your problem or there may be circumstances in which a refund is warranted. In this case, here are the circumstances in which we would provide you with a refund :
    • Product Is “Not Detailed As Described” Or The Product Doesn’t Work The Way It Should.
      Product has a security vulnerability

      Product support is promised but not provided
      Product support extension not used
      Products that have not been downloaded
      Resolving disputes
  • Product is “not as detailed as described” or the product doesn’t work the way it should.If an product doesn’t work the way it should then we will promptly rectify the issue by updating the product. An product is “not as detailed as described” if it is materially different from the product description or preview. If the issue can’t be rectify or it turns out that the product is “not as described” then you would be eligible for a refund from us
  • Product has a security liability If an product contains a security liability and can’t easily be rectify you would be eligible for a refund from us. If the product can be rectify, then we would do so promptly by updating the product. If the product contains a security liability that is not patched in an appropriate timeframe then we would provide a refund for the product.
  • Product support is promised but not provided If we advertise an product as including product support, you have a current support privilege, and you are not provided that support in accordance with the product support policy we would provide you with a refund.
  • Product support extension not used If you purchase an product support extension and request a refund of that extension before your existing product support expires we would provide you with a refund of that product support extension.
  • Products that have not been downloaded If you have not downloaded a purchased product within 3 months from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. You will be required to provide us your purchase code for the product in order for us to verify your claim that you have not downloaded an product. Although we think 3 months is a reasonable time, depending on where you are located, you might have a longer period to claim a refund if you have purchased for personal use and haven’t downloaded the product.

Dispute Resolution

  • If a buyer is unable to come to an agreement about a refund in regards to an product bought on our platform. We may ask you to provide supporting documentation or evidence. Any refund issued by Creation Yao is entirely discretionary. We will make a decision based on all available information and you agree that our decision is final.
  • Neither Creation Yao nor Buyer is obliged to give policy refunds in any of the situations listed below.
    • You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it
    • The product did not meet your expectations or you feel the product is of low quality
    • You simply change your mind
    • You bought an product by mistake
    • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the product
    • You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund
    • You can no longer access the product because it has been removed or the product provided is no longer active on our platform (we advise you to download products as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).
